This type of problem will not respond to any traditional rhinoplasty. The skin is so thick, work on underlying structures will not be seen. The skin itself, not the framework, is the problem. Recommended procedure is dermal sculpting: shaving of the sebaceous skin in order to reshape the nasal tip.
