This type of modest lift leaves no really visible scars. Note that the result of a breast augmentation depends on how much tissue you have to begin with. The implant is placed under the pectoral muscle, so your tissue remains on top. If you have no tissue, the area under the nipple looks flat. If you have a substantial amount of your own tissue, you will have more of a “cone” shape following a breast augmentation.
